What is Walk Together?
Walk Together is our annual sponsored five mile walks which brings people together to show support for those undergoing treatment, to remember loved ones and to help stop people dying of bowel cancer.
On Saturday 12 June we asked people across the country to join us and walk five miles in their local area, with their household or in small socially distanced groups. By walking on this date our supporters were united as one bowel cancer community.
However, if this date didn't work for them, they could still walk anytime in June.
Our vision is a future where nobody dies of bowel cancer but we can’t achieve this alone. The money raised during Walk Together month will help stop people dying of bowel cancer by funding our vital services and lifesaving research. This year, we're delighted to announce that £151,000 was raised during Walk Together month!
